Premier Guarantee
Premier Guarantee are one of the UK's leading providers of structural warranties. Over the past 10 years, we have arranged cover for over £30 bn of property with some of the country's leading house builders.
Premier Guarantee provides a 10 year Latent Defects Warranty for New Housing Developments. The warranty covers new build or conversions for rent or sale by the Social or Private Housing Sector. They can provide cover during the construction period in the event the developer becomes insolvent prior and during construction.
Once complete for the first two years the Developer is required to put right any defect that may occur. In years 3-10 Premier Guarantee provides cover for just the structural element of the property and deals directly with the policyholder. They can also provide insurance for Contaminated Land if required. Premier Guarantee offers a wide range of schemes that includes warranties for developments in Ireland, Self Build, Completed Housing, Commercial Properties and Channel Island properties.

National Federation of Builders (NFB)
The NFB (National Federation of Builders) is the construction industry's longest established trade association and represents the interests of its members and the industry generally by lobbying both UK and European Governments, regional assemblies and related non-governmental agencies.
Member companies have to satisfy what the NFB believes to be the most stringent entrance criteria for any building trade association. Companies must provide references from accountants, previous clients, suppliers and professionals such as architects and surveyors.
Only if the panel is satisfied with the company's technical competence, health and safety standards and financial probity is the company admitted into membership. The Federation also requires member companies to adhere to a stringent Code of Conduct governing their relationship with clients.

Durisol DACS Approved Contractor
Durisol UK Ltd manufactures reinforced wall formwork systems made from Durisol, a cement/PFA (pulverized fuel ash)-bonded, recycled wood material with excellent thermal, acoustic and fire protection properties.
CLS Construction promote the use of "green" solutions wherever possible, and we are part of the Durisol Approved Contractor Scheme (DACS).
The recycled wood (usually timber pallets), is processed, rendering it completely inert, and means that Durisol DOES NOT ROT OR BURN! The system is suitable for use above or below ground as basements or free standing walls, in educational, healthcare, residential, commercial, industrial or agricultural building applications. With db values greater than 55 the acoustic performance of the walling units is ideal for use in schools and apartments.
