The clients of Marksbury Avenue moved in, completing the story on their build, and marking the beginning of a new chapter for their family. The project for CLS Construction started in September 20120 when Crawford Partnership Ltd awarded CLS the Marksbury Avenue contract.
The project was for the end-to-end construction of a contemporary three bedroom family home that maximised the potential of a very constrained site. The development also had to conform to code for sustainable homes level 3 and provide enough external space to be of real use to a young family.
The build consisted of a basement and ground floor storey home with all the accommodation situated in the basement, and an open plan living, dining, kitchen on the ground floor which opens up to the garden.
