This project consisted of three bespoke 5 bed detached properties for a private developer in Waterlooville. House 1 was built to code 4 as a new residence for the client. Houses 2 and 3 built to code 3 were to be placed on the market. All properties were to a high specification. CLS also acted as advisor to the client assisting in the development sales processes.
