Executive Directors



Stuart Stuart McGreevy | Chairman
Stuart has a successful track record on a number of businesses, which includes one of the fastest growing business advice and accounting practices in the UK, a social venture capital business and fully authorised financial advisory management business.

Stuart's most significant achievement has been the founding and creation of a philanthropic worldwide business network called the Transformational Business Network (www.tbnetwork.org). TBN promotes sustainable enterprise as a solution to eradicating poverty in developing countries.


Jon Jon Skinner | Finance Director
Having worked in corporate and SME finance internationally for over three years, Jon is acutely aware of the financial and operational issues faced by small businesses like CLS.

Jon also has over five years experience working in and around his family's construction business. Jon is responsible for the implementation of CLS's financial systems and controls, providing accurate financial appraisal and reporting of projects, and oversees the company's financial administration.

Jon holds a first class honors degree in Economics and International Development from The University of Bath.

Phil Philip Skinner | Projects Manager
Philip began in construction in 1986 starting with small domestic projects. In 1997 he built his first commercial property, a private school in the centre of Basingstoke. His company quickly progressed to build further educational, ecclesiastical and commercial buildings and now specialises in residential development across Southern England.

Over 20 years of building experience makes Philip keenly aware of the demanding and constantly changing requirements of the construction industry. As construction manager he is responsible for quality, project cost and site management, motivating his team to produce a high quality product.  Philip liaises closely with the client, maintaining good working relationships throughout each project.

RS Richard Smith | Quantity Surveyor & Estimator
Having joined in early 2014. Richard brings a fresh new approach to the current team at CLS. His background is mainly in education and residential for both the private and public sector in and around the Berkshire/Hampshire region.

Having had a previous career in the arts for over 10 years, his attention to detail and dedication to projects is second to none. Clients can rest assured that all contructual and financial issues will be dealt with efficiently and effectively with an added personal touch.

Richard in an important part of our project team and works closely with all parties to ensure that variations, valuations and contractual administration are dealt with in a professional and proficient manner. 


 Gary White | Contracts Manager

Gary Gary Higgins | Buyer
Gary has over 11 years' experience working within the construction industry as a Buyer and is CIPS qualified. He has particular experience in procurement for super prime residential builds and refurbishment including multi million pound 15,000 sq. ft. homes in South West London and the commercial refurbishment of the Wyndham Grand in Chelsea.

Gary's key responsibility is to ensure an uninterrupted supply chain is maintained on each build, helping the Contracts Manager keep the project to programme. He can also assist our clients in sourcing and procuring various items during the build from the sanitary ware to highly bespoke furniture (Gary once sourced and procured antique chairs and table from America for a client!).

Gary has a strong belief in exploring new product ranges and has visited various companies in Europe to search out new and alternative ranges that could bring benefit to the company and our clients.

Ashley Ashley Burt | Marketing
With over 15 years experience in sales and marketing across multiple vertical markets, Ashley joined the group in July 09 to head up the marketing department.

Since joining he has implemented a number of new systems and initiatives, including the implementation and development of our CRM system, managing our website, all web and social media based marketing campaigns. 

Ashley is continually developing new 'go to market' strategies and campaigns to raise the profile of CLS Construction.

Ashley is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.





Tina Tina Skinner | Administration & Finance
Tina provides the day to day administrative, financial and informational support that keeps the business moving. She ensures that CLS maintains professional and disciplined business systems.
